Two Rivers

Classic Group, LLC is the master developer and a builder within Two Rivers: a master planned residential community consisting of 2,060 lots located in the Odenton area of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The Two Rivers community gets its name as it lies between the Patuxent and Little Patuxent Rivers in the center of Anne Arundel County.


Two Rivers encompasses over 1,464 acres, maintaining a rural environment in an urban location, with over 700 acres retained as green space. Two Rivers is a dynamic community and includes one of the most extensive amenity packages of any development of its type in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Notably, Two Rivers is 5 miles from the gates of Fort Meade, headquarters for the U.S. Cyber Command, National Security Agency (NSA) and the Defense Information Systems Agency. Fort Meade is Maryland’s largest employer and has the third largest workforce of any Army Installation.


Two Rivers is situated along Conway Road, approximately 1.5 miles west of the MD Route 3 (Crain Highway) and MD Route 424 intersection, in Odenton and only minutes from approximately four million square feet of growing and prosperous retail and commercial facilities located along Route 3. The Waugh Chapel Town Centre, anchored by Wegmans and other strong retailers, is half a mile northeast from Conway Road on Route 3. The immediate area is experiencing considerable growth.

The Village 55+

The Villages at Two Rivers age restricted neighborhoods are a combination of single family, carriage style and villa homes. The active adult neighborhoods are built by five of the area’s top builders including Brookfield Residential, Classic Group, Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Winchester Homes and current offerings include 15 floorplans. There are five distinct age restricted Villages:

  • The Bluffs
  • The Highlands
  • The Regency
  • The Watershed
  • The Riverview 

Each has a slightly different character, yet all have unifying aesthetics. The active adult community began selling in September of 2014. Homes started at $379,900 for a 1,614 square foot Villa, and the Villa style homes sold out in 2019. As of September of 2020, prices for the active adult homes start at $454,900 for a 2,226 square foot Bungalow by Winchester Homes and go to a single family home starting at $639,900. There are approximately 900 lots designated for active adults and to date, 668 homes are settled, making Two Rivers one of Maryland’s best-selling active adult communities. The active adult neighborhoods are anchored by a 15,000 sq ft award-winning Clubhouse featuring an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, yoga studio, game room, ballroom, cyber café, demonstration kitchen, Cattail Lake and more! The Hamlets All Ages

Beginning in November of 2017, Two Rivers began selling single family homes to the all age market. These are known as the Hamlets and are comprised of approximately 1,100 single family lots in five distinct sections:

  • The Sanctuary
  • The Overlook*
  • The Woodlands

The Hamlets will have their own 11,000 square foot Clubhouse with an outdoor resort style pool with 6 lanes for competition, as well as an indoor basketball court and outdoor recreation facilities. To date, there have been 240 settled units in the Hamlets.
