Land Development

​Classic Group’s Land Development activity begins with the acquisition of large tracts of land, for the purpose of residential development. We approach that development with a keen awareness of and commitment to our social, environmental and engineering responsibilities. 


 Careful planning and coordination of multiple disciplines are required to achieve these goals, and ultimately construct fine homes.


We employ a variety of civil engineers and planners to conduct various studies related to the environmental impact, access to utilities, municipal and county requirements, and street planning, as required. Based on our consideration of these assessments and reports, we design harmonious communities which complement the surrounding areas and reflect all the qualities of long-term planning and top-quality construction.
